Not all lofts can be converted and some involve steel reinforcing of the structure under the guidance of our structural engineer.

Our consultant can advise on planning, building regulations, what is possible and costing for either a Shell Conversion or a Full Conversion to include fixtures and fittings.

Initial visits are free of charge and should you wish to progress matters to the survey stage then a small fee will enable our build manager and architectural technician to visit and provide a feasibility report. This will enable our advisor to give an accurate quotation for your consideration.
